Studio C Salon operates on a by-appointment basis, and rarely accommodates walk-ins or same-day appointments due to limited availability. Online booking has never been easier, especially when it's around your schedule! You can book 24/7 via your mobile or PC using Booksy.
You'll get an automatic reminder 24 hours before your appointment, we are not responsible for clients who did not receive an email confirmation or updates regarding your booking through Booksy.
Out of respect for our stylist's time, fees will be charged for appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24-hour notice. We require a valid credit card to book an appointment. Any late cancellations or missed appointments will result in a 50% charge for all booked services to the CC on file.
Late arrivals are subject to be rescheduled for a later date and time depending on the stylist's discretion. You will be charged our standard cancellation fees in the event of a late arrival to your appointment, resulting in cancellation. Please understand that missed appointments are clients that could have filled our chairs.
In order to rebook with us, these fees must be paid before rescheduling with your stylist.
As a courtesy, Studio C provides a confirmation notice, through Booksy, although we are not held responsible in the event that the client did not receive the notice.
If you have any questions at all regarding your appointment, cancellations, or rescheduling please do not hesitate to contact us.
In the event that you’re unhappy with a service you received, please notify us within 7 days of the service date and a manager will reach out in an attempt to resolve and reschedule your appointment at no charge.
If you are unsatisfied with any retail item or hair product you received from us, we are happy to exchange the unused product for a different retail item we offer. In the case that there is a price difference for the exchanged product, the client will be responsible for paying the difference.
Clients are also welcome to return unused retail products they are unhappy with, for a shop credit to be used at a later date. Studio C Salon is unable to refund money paid for services or products.
